Before going into more detail on the PAS Coaching Program, just a little about me, Bruce King, your executive coach.

I don’t usually disagree with Einstein; he was after all, a lot smarter than I. But it’s my view that ‘Success is 100% attitude.’
After 30+ years coaching company executives, I know that most people have not even scratched the surface of what they are really capable of, and it is their mindset that has been unconsciously holding them back.
And by attitude, I mean using the power of the mind to its’ fullest potential. Without the right attitude or mindset, no matter how good your skills, you will still fail to achieve the success you deserve.

How We Work
Step 3. Skills – Weekly Business Coaching Sessions
Once a week, for 3 months, we have our 1:1 coaching session. These will last from one hour up to two and a half hours. I am also available to you between sessions should the need arise.
There is no standard format for these sessions. I create a completely bespoke, perfectly tailored program for every client I work with based on what we have agreed during the 1-day planning session and re-evaluate after every session to ensure we get the results we want.

Step 2. Your Attitude - Unleash The Power Of Your Mind
The ‘Unleash The Power Of Your Mind program is a three-month program which runs concurrently with the 1:1 business coaching sessions. It is a 12-session downloadable audio program with transcripts and a workbook, which you can access in your own time. You work through one session a week, carry out the workbook exercises and discuss your experience with the session at the beginning of each 1:1 coaching session.
The objective is to enable you to adapt the way you think in order to achieve extraordinary success.
I produced this program several years ago and for avoidance of doubt, there’s no ‘fluffy bunny’ stuff or ‘psychobabble’ in this program.
What I teach is based on absolute scientifically proven facts and what I teach has worked for many thousands of people, many if not most were very sensible, down to earth people, but who were not achieving what they wanted.
As well as my own extensive knowledge, the lessons and exercises also incorporate the work of some of the world’s greatest philosophers and therapists, the most up to date scientific research into neuroscience, how the human brain works and how it can be reprogrammed for success.

Fees
The fee is a one-off up-front fee £12,000 + VAT for the three-month program, OR 3 monthly payments of £5000 + vat.
At the end of the 3-month program, ongoing and flexible coaching sessions are available if required.
