I don’t usually disagree with Einstein; he was after all, a lot smarter than I. But it’s my view that ‘Success is 100% attitude.’

After 30+ years coaching company executives, I know that most people have not even scratched the surface of what they are really capable of, and it is their mindset that has been unconsciously holding them back.

And by attitude, I mean using the power of the mind to its’ fullest potential. Without the right attitude or mindset, no matter how good your skills, you may still fail to achieve the success you desire and deserve.
