After the session and within a few days, you will receive a detailed report summarising what has been discussed and agreed and will form the basis of our ongoing coaching sessions.
Step 2. Your Attitude - Unleash The Power Of Your Mind
The ‘Unleash The Power Of Your Mind program is a three-month program which runs concurrently with the 1:1 business coaching sessions. It is a 12-session downloadable audio program with transcripts and a workbook, which you can access in your own time. You work through one session a week, carry out the workbook exercises and discuss your experience with the session at the beginning of each 1:1 coaching session.
The objective is to enable you to adapt the way you think in order to achieve extraordinary success.
I produced this program several years ago and for avoidance of doubt, there’s no ‘fluffy bunny’ stuff or ‘psychobabble’ in this program.
What I teach is based on absolute scientifically proven facts and what I teach has worked for many thousands of people, many if not most were very sensible, down to earth people, but who were not achieving what they wanted.
As well as my own extensive knowledge, the lessons and exercises also incorporate the work of some of the world’s greatest philosophers and therapists, the most up to date scientific research into neuroscience, how the human brain works and how it can be reprogrammed for success.
